It is very sad, that a person would be so depressed or sick, to take their own life. That is what the word means, to end your own life.

I would said neither. I think its just a matter of losing hope and giving up. Sometimes people get depressed and can't see any way out of their situation and take their own life. Most of the time its a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

It's irrelative with brave or another, I think it's a wrong psychology. No one should deprive the life given by God
