The lowering of Standards in todays schools

It's eveywhere... If a kid can't add 100 + 355, they lower the standard. If a football player can't pass class, no worries, we'll lower the standards.
It's this constant duncification of America's youth that will ruin this country...
Anyone else noticing it?
