How i can start internet from computer to cell phone?

hi buddy may be this can be of help of you.. if you are using the latest mobile say nokia nseries or a mobile equipped with wifi on it .. then ur work is almost over and u can connect computer. just install the mobile cd given into the computer and complete the installation.. next in the mobile phone swithc on ur wifi and it starts detecting your system and directly the net is avaialble on ur phone now.. see that the computer is well installed and have a wireless router .. here are some the phones which have wifi's are nokia n80, nokia n93, all imate pda phones and o2 phones..

with bluetooth,and you have a dail up connection,and your phone also accept the configration of dail up connection.
