Multiplatinum rap artist and actor Bow Wow made the rounds Sunday at East Tennessee Children's Hospital in an effort to boost the holiday spirits of youthful patients. In his 30-minute trip through the hospital, Bow Wow stopped off in several rooms to chat briefly with ill children and hand out autographed pictures and T-shirts.

That's so nice of him. My daughter is five months, so I'll let her decide when she grows up on what kind of music she wants to listen too.

I'm not familiar with Bow Wow's music, but there is some wonderful rap music out there. Most of it is very hard to understand the lyrics, so I get my kids to tell me what they are (they are grown children). If I find it has a positive message I don't see anything wrong with young kids listening to it, but if not, they will have to wait until they are adults to choose to listen to it, not in my house.
