Some time ago a 16 year old boy killed a guy in the subway just to get his mp3-player. Now here's the discussionpoint. The boy is caught and must appear in court, but some say he must appear for the youghtjury and other say he should be appear for grand jury for adults. But when he is judge as a minor he only should be in a special home till he is 21. But judged as adult he could be sentenced for life. What do you think?
