that's cool. There's not a lot to do for kids here except some overpriced tourist traps. Need ideas for low cost alternatives.

Well all I can suggest is to picnic out in the parks with the kids. It's cheap and the park is free as long as you don't go to piedmont park because you still have to pay for parking.

I've lived in Georgia all my life. The Titantic Artifact Exhibition was awesome, and only $13 a ticket. But I think it's gone now. The Georgia Aquarium is cool, but it's a lot of money, especially for kids. The only thing really to do is go to the movies and the mall. Lame. Otherwise, there are those civil war reenactments. -Duck and Cover

Well I have lived here since 2004. I am originally from Hawaii. I miss the beach and the weather here is CRAZY. But I have found some cool people and have had some interesting experiences. So I am asi asi as far as ATL goes :)

I used to live about 50 miles north of Atlanta. I had a nice wee horse farm. It was great till people started building houses on the road. It got so bad there was nowhere left to ride. The cost of living was low when I was there. I was originally from NJ was I was not exactly made welcome. I couldn't wait to get out of there. They certainly didn't like anyone from the North. I moved to Alaska and I was extremely happy there.

Well I Love ATL... I've lived here all my life...I've travelled PLENTY of other plaves though so Don't get me wrong... I know things outside of ATL and GA...Its just this is my home and I don't see myself living anywhere else for too long... I've living in SC and Mississippi(3 years) but always end up right back here in GA... There are a lot of things that can be improved of course but it MUST be something great about GA if everybody keeps moving here right....
