How do you come up with your discussion ideas?

I'm Curios. Some ard very intresting others boring but it is all about what the person making them comes up with and I think there is something for everyone here. How do you come up with your ideas. Are there any topics you hate partiipating in.. otheres that you love?

There are people out there that are doing alot of discussions for the money of it so they are just making this for the use of that... Others are asking sincer questions and looking for oppions to help them in their lives... Others need help with research on a project or something that has come up and they need help
