as the years are passing by rain we get are becoming scarce so there must be a proper way to harvest raih. todayas most of land are being cemented the perlocation of rain water is not possible thus decreasing grd water level.a method to harvest rain is tocollect waterin our house'e roof and transfer it well by proper purification.

I think that it should be mandatory that people install rain water tanks. They have been used here in Australia for years in the country areas and it is usually the only source of water for many places. However it has never been compulsory in the cities and it is time it was. We should all be responsible for collecting at least some of our own water as well as how we use it.
Sadly that is not the case because for many nations it is simply a matter of turning on the tap and water comes out.
