Women Priests, Men who are Married Priests

I just heard recently on the news that there is a archbishop up to the north which is bringing in Men who are married to be priests. I also heard several nations which women are now priests although not recognized by the Vatican . I dont agree with any of this becuase this is out of norm what do you all think?
