Immigrants affecting jobs....

We have a severe problem here in the states when it comes to jobs and immigration. One of the biggest problems is alot of these immigrants dont mind working for very low wages. What happens when someone more professional and more qualified comes to get that same job we get offered that same wage or not get offered at all becuase they got the immigrant to do the slave work for very little money. what do you all think about the immigration issue and jobs here?
