Look for the magical moments. OK – to some people this is going to sound a little hokey, but you’ll be surprised how good it makes you feel and how much it feeds your spirit: Find those brief moments in your life – like when they’re playing your wedding song in the supermarket, or when someone’s made you cry with laughter. Grab your spouse or the person sharing the experience with you and say, “Right now – isn’t this great? Here we are together, and we love each other. Aren’t we lucky?!” Not only are you taking an important moment to appreciate your life, but you’re helping someone else appreciate theirs
