How do I break the chain?

Since the break, I've been going to bed at 7 or 8 A.M. and sleep until sun goes down. I've done this before, but I usually come back to normal time range after a week. Now, it has been nearly two weeks. I tried to stay up 24hours to get back, but I get knocked out when my watch hits 12p.m. I tried to go to bed at 12a.m., but it was no use, my eyes were open and my mind was running around. Any suggestion? Right now, it is 1:25a.m. and I don't feel tire at all.
