Black tea/coffee or milk tea/coffee??

i used to have black tea,coz iam trying to reduce the fat from my body...i already have sufficient fat inside my body..

I used to have milk tea and sometimes coffee. But r u sure drinking black tea reduces fat from our body? coz even i have fat in my body and i m trying to reduce it.
