Skype can tell us who is lier?!

Today I've read that Skype is managing a lietester for it's messenger. When somebody is talking the software can measure his/her stress then can recognize if he/she is lying or not!!

It was just mentioned that they are planning to add this facility to Skype but it's not clear when we can use it!
