well personally i think it is the woman's place to stay home and take care of her kids.unless she choices to work.

First of all, why is your avatar so freaky ?? Second, in my country the women receive help from the state for 2 years after they give birth to a child. They are not allowed to not have money or to work.

I think your body does need time to recover from giving birth. It takes a lot of out you- even if you didn't have a c-section. I was an apartment manager when I had my first child. I had 2 weeks off from the day I had her, to "relax" before starting work again. Unfortunately, because I lived in the apartment building I managed, people would still knock on my door. But walking around and stuff was not fun. And there were days when I didn't get to take a shower, because it seemed there was more important stuff to take care of- a baby, for one thing! LOL Most people get more time off than I did, though. At least when I had my second child, I wasn't working.

I feel it's up to the people involved, but with the high cost of living now adays it takes two incomes to make it.
