Hamilton Beach Dehydrator

I have a food dehydrator - not the same brand though. All I have to do is core the apples, slice them into 3/8" slices, place them evenly on the trays, start up the machine. A few hours later (usually 4-6) they are ready to eat/store. You can check the doneness by breaking one of the slices and checking for water droplets. If there are none you are done. If they are present, give it more time.

Have you tried to go to the Hamilton Beach website to download an instruction book? Or maybe you could order a new book there? Good luck to you!
