ALARM CLOCK AND MIND SETTING

Do you use an alarm clock to wake you up for an early appointment or it is already set in your mind. Others use their cellphones as their alarm clock, others find it that alarm clock is of no use especially when the volume is not enough to wake a sleepy person. Whenever i need to get up early, automatically 2 hours before the appointment, so i may be able to prepare and travel too and to make sure that i won't be late.

Cell phone alarm is one kind of alarm clock. I use cell phone alarm. However, alarm clock is best to awake up from sleep on time. I fix 10 alarm 10 minutes before I should awake as to release load of sleep and lay on bed 10 minutes and then jump to floor.

i was using cell phone as alarm clock but now i am using mind setting as alaram if i want ot get up early the very next day befor going to bed i used to say once to myself that i want to get up early the very next day the used to get up so i think mind setting is good
