School Children Talking of Love and physical relations

Now a days a school child talks about falling in love with his/her class mate. I just want to know is a 14or15 year old boy/girl does know what love means or its the side effect of the Teleshows and Movies as child always tries to do what is going around them. Please post your opinion.
