I Lost my Debit Card

My friend opened a new account in lloyds tsb
He had to recieve the card and the pin no
But then later he came to know that someone took out some money from it
He immediately cancelled the card and Went for a Complain in the bank and the Police station
Now he is being told that in 2-4 days he will be reimbursed with the money
THey will verify it and they will check the CCTV for the culprit
SHould he believe in what the bank says? Will it work? AM worried about him!

At this point all he can do is believe the bank. 2-4 days is not long to wait to be reimbursed. If he knows who took the money, he should turn them into the police and have them arrested for stealing. If he decides to get another card he should have it send to a place that is more secure. Some banks allow you to pick the cards up from the instead of gettin git mailed to you.
