When u feels Pain in head u prefer to take Tablet or not ?? what should we do

When I feel pain in my body ...I prefer to take pain killer

Usually when i am having a headache i take some pills, but not every time, sometimes i just rest and try to give a good nap and the headache disapear as a miracle happened to me. I do not recomand like every time you have a pain of head take pills. It is not healhty fr you. Good luck!

I take various tablets for my heart and blood pressure, plus tablet for my diabetas and for cholestrial so another pill for an headache won't harm.
