My husband has a side business working on computers and he said that if copyright wasn't an issue he would have been tempted to call the business "Cleaning Windows" after the old Van Morrison song because he spends much of his computer time cleaning up messes on Microsoft Windows! Yes definitly check for virus or any kind of spyware. Also is it slow on the internet or is it just slow opening files and such, then you might want to do a disk defrag
