Halo 2 PC Game for Win Vista only

Microsoft and bungie are finally making Halo 2 for Pc. !!!! That is so cool because I currently play Halo and its a good game. But the prob is that Halo 2 is for Windows Vista. So now people are gonna do all this scamming and this will make Microsoft with strict security!!!! And no one neeeds any of that !
