How do I convert Windows Movie Maker projects to avi?

Actually this can be done from WMM it self. Go to File-Save Movie file, after few options you TICK on other settings and choose DV-AVI(PAL). But please put in your mind that this is a high quality file and it is about 150Mb per minute.
