how to lose weight & to have a slim figure?

my sis is a 19 yr old young lady from kerala. she would like to lose her bodily weight and slim down. her height is 158 cm and weight is 65 kg. she know she must come down to 55-60kg range. she want tips on simple exercises to do at home and the time frame to do each. she hav got exercise cycle. is doin cycling daily enough??also she dont want unneccessary stretch marks on my body while slimming down. Pleas help me and guide me.

ontrol yr diet avoid sugar walk atleast 30 mins a day use salt carefully in your meal that's it.......

do many many work and join any healthcare and do not take any medition for this because medition is may be some time harm ful
