Yes, I do love thrillers. I find thrillers far better than the love story time-wasters (I don't push back the likers here). They depict intelligence, wit and a lot of practicality is usually based. By saying the word "thriller" we usually tend to think of mystery murders, but many other wit-crimes are there which are interesting to read and watch. MY favorite detective is Sherlock Holmes, a fictional character invented by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. I really admire his logic and estimation.

I would have to agree that Poirot is one of my favourites. I am a great fan of Agatha Christie and own about 50 of her books, although I have read only 40 of them. Still have 10 to read through and hope to buy the whole collection of her books one of these days! Have you seen any of the Poirot TV films or the Tv series? There have been lots and they're really good!
