Do you also make an effort to rate others' discussion or responses posts?

I rate everyone + who replies to my discussions unless of course someone puts in something totally unrelated or gives me a yes answer.

I do rate people, especially those who respond to the discussions I start. I also rate people who I feel gave a good response to a discussion somebody else started and those who start good discussions, when I look at the thread. :) I know other people also rate me. I see it as give and take thing, and I know how people rack their brains thinking of good topics and responses, so I give them due credit.

I rate all the responses to my discussions.

I try hard to rate, yes. I like to give to others, I guess. When I get replies to my discussions, I rate the good ones. When reading others' discussions, I rate the ones that stand out to me as well.
