When Is the Best Time to Read?

I love reading but I just don't want to read while in the moving vehicle, while others are noisy, while the radio is on, while the TV is on. I want to read when everything is quiet. But during that time, I just have few time to read and I get sleepy then because it's already late at night. I am just jealous of other people who can read a lot. They don't mind whether it's noisy or not. They can always manage to read. As for myself, I am always considering my surrounding. I am too conscious about it. I am easily distracted. Can you give some advice so that I can read a lot?
