How is your story on losing weight?

Why don't we share our stories on losing weight? I have been on a diet for two weeks just working out three times a week and being VERY be careful on what I eat on a daily basis. I started at 207 yet I am at 201 and very happy about it.

get busy and get a friend.... if you have a friend to work out with, check in with as far as being good on your diets and exercise, as well as excersizing with someone, it makes the time fly by and life is so much easier. once you start seeing results you won't want to quit. get busy means start doing more, not to the extent of self exhaustion but just to occupy those hours that say, you'd be on the couch watching tv or napping or whatnot. It really helped me by not having a whole lot of free time to sit and snack. that way your mind doesn't run on food or just sleeping the day away. Excersize will get your energy on the ball and having a friend to laugh the time away with is just the best.
