can love come within friendship?

I Dont think its wrong but, It should not hurt each other or break friendship. Best friends become Best life Partners. because, only you understand him/her better than any others.so, it its wrong. Before You Express your feelings you should know his/her feelings about you indirectly by asking a her/his close friends or relatives. If he/she do not have a love feelings. You should not propose If not you will lose your best friend & also it hurts both of you a Lot.
