I bought home two goldfishes a week ago,and they are so small and cute! I have searched online to find the proper method for rasing goldfish, and I raise them carefully according to the directions online. But this morning I found they were not energetic as before and swimming slowly even when I knocked at the bowl. I don't know what's matter with them? I am afraid that they would die! I don't know if It is because I feed them too much food, or there is something wrong with the water. I think I'd better change the water for them. I love them very much! I don't wanna lose them! They have been with me only for about one week!

It could be the water for sure. If you need to change a bowl, they will die. If they are in an aquarium with a filter, they will live much longer. They cannot take the cholrine and water tempature when you change it in a bowl. And you must feed them a tiny bit. Good luck.

It's the first time for me to have goldfish as a pet,and I am not familliar with some details. I have changed the water two hours before, and they look better now! And it seems that they don't know if they are full because they always eat all the food whether it is more or less. I think I should feed them a tiny bit. Thanks for your advices! Have a good day!!

I hope they will be okay. You can look goldfish up on the internet, or buy a book. It will give you a lot of info. They are pretty hardy if taken care of well. Enjoy them dear.
