So, what's the best way to learn how to make Sushi? Its my favourite food, alas, sushi restaurants are expensive, so I think that teaching myself how to make it would be avery good idea.

I've made sushi once. It was a lot of work and I haven't been able to find time to make it since. My advice would be to try to watch someone else make it. Either search the internet for a video, or go to a sushi restarant and watch the chefs. The trick is getting the right rice at the right sticky consistency. Once that is right, it can be really easy to either make sushi (shape the rice with your hands and place fish (or egg, or whatever) on top. Making the maki (rolls) can be a bit harder because then you need a bamboo mat and a lot of patience. This is where you are going to need to practice.

get a huge fish, two keen edged scimitars and throw them pleasantly into the air. juggle, have fun and hope you dont get a critical hit on yourself. woohoo!! oh and just for an added bonus, throw some chopsticks into the air too, just make sure they aren't the flimsy plastic type, they always break on impact with bone...
