how i get new overseas buyer in whole world?

i m doing export import business of pulses in jalgaon and i m not get such buyer from other country so you please told your opinion abt my topic .

you can register in Business to Business portals and offer your trade leads. B2B sites are very good way to conncet to the buyers.
like indiamart.com, alibaba.com, toboc.com, tradekey.com, globalbuyersonline.com and many more.

You can contact the Export Promotion Council(spice & pulses) in your region to get the overseas buyers. Checkout indiamart.com, wherein you will get the list of enquiries from all over the world for all the products
