i m a short tempered guy lose ma patiance very easily.........and i really hate myself just cos of this HABIT

when i was in elementary even until college, i use to bite my fingernails. i never cared where i was. when i feel like biting them, i bite them. but then, i realize it's not nice. so, one day, i covered my fingertips with band-aids for a week. it helped out a lot. now, i am not biting them anymore.

My worst habit is taking out my hearing aid if I have had enough of people talking.

hmm....a bad habit!well i have many bad, though very bad,habits with me....but i think the habit that really irks me is that when i am excited aam simply OVER-EXCITED.....and i've paid for it many times in ma life!
