In some organizations we may find that both husband and wife works. What are the advantages and what are the disadvantages. Discuss here.

The company I work for employees a lot of spouses or siblings. The one advantage is married couples tend to work well together.
The disadvantage is, if one gets fired chances are the other one will leave too.
