Do you like routines or do you prefer to be spontaneous?

Sometimes I like to be spontaneous for example when I want to go for a holiday I would rather choose a place spontaneously rather than plan. Because if I plan normally I will cancel the trip.

Generally, I like routines. I'm just like you: I like knowing what to expect, but not everything should be planned out. It depends on what it is. For example, I wouldn't want to go on a date that is spontaneous. I want to know what to prepare for. What should I wear? What should I bring? etc. And while I like routines, I also like things to change every so often. I just want to be made aware of the change.

I just hate routine life its just takes out all the fun ...although right now i am kinda stcuk in a structured routine life ...all to blame my new job....

I think I prefer routine. I don't really like surprises, so I like to plan things out and be prepared for things. My husband is the exact opposite of me in that regard, so it makes things interesting at times, and causes fights sometimes, too.
