Parents as Friends!

I do wonder that if parents can be just like friends to their kids! The kids will not need any friends from outside.Sometimes the kids get spoilt from any bad influences coming from outside the family.If parents become the real friends so that the kds dont have to depend on others to clear their mind and they can confide on their own parents. What do you think?

yes u are correct.but there are rare cases when parents can be good friends.this is possible in two cases only either parents have to understand the child and move down to their level they should have better understand'g in that case
there are few cases where despite the indifferent behavior of parents..the child still considers them as their good friends..but in that case they miss to share many a personal hings where child thinks that he may get some scolding
