is anyone in the music or animation industry? I'd like to do voice overs!

Ok I know this is a longshot here but I was wondering if anyone was in the music or animation industry or knew how I could audition for voice over parts. I'd love to do singing only for anything really but am up for doing voice overs for commercials (which i have done before) or cartoons. Does anyone know of any agencies that scout out people for this type of work?
