Anybody use verizon for a cell phone provider?

I don't, but have heard a couple of these online about verizon and their billing policy for the KB usage. http://verizonfailsagain.ytmnd.com/ .015 dollars = 1 1/2 pennies .015 cents = .0015 of a penny. Discuss any other horror stories from your current cell phone provider or previous provider.
