Authentic mexican food is great. There's this amazing mexican restaurant in Santiago that I used to go to, they made the best pollo con mole. They also had handmade corn tortillas which were amazing.

I love Mole, I cannot make it from scratch yet, but want to learn. It has a ton of ingredients including chocolate, peanuts, several different chiles. It's making my mouth water just thinking about it..lol

I like authentic mexican food and had only tried once in my life in korea yea ... !!!
