Probably Best Buy. If you want a really cheap computer build one by yourself, saves a lot of money!

Get a family member who's good with computers to help you.

You like the Dell outlet..what are the price ranges there? Do they offer warranties on those items you get from the outlet..Are the warranties as valuable as those on the Dell you don't get from the "outlet"?

We have a place here called Second Source but i think that is only a local store. You can go to an office store like Staples or Officemax possibly to get a low priced computer or even Bestbuy or Compusa could help you. You can also go to dell.com and look at their website.

Try going to www.compusa.com and see if they have something you are looking for. I have an Emachine computer and it seems ok.

Dell has some really good deals right now. I have a Dell, it's 4 years old and still running great...my Lexmark printer/fax/copier is another story. Also I was at Walmart the other day and they have some really good deals on computers without monitors....I don't know what brands, but it's worth checking into. Good Luck! I can't wait to get a laptop!
