I think letting him live is unjustice.

They had well enough evidence to convict him of the crimes that they know of. I can't imagine how many lives he actually affected in all through his brutality

Of course it is justified. Just look at what he did to other people. Dictators like that should of course be executed.

what he did to whom??? Saddam Hussein was the ruler of a country which i may dare to say is not a state of united states of America and thus Mr. Bush has no right over it. Moreover what did he do?? if he was oppressive to his countrymen why did they never said anything against him on international forum why it has to be America...cmon man stop fooling yourself.....you know it he was taken down cause he didn't bend to be an American dog....yes he might not have been a good man and had ambitions to conquer other nations when...1991.....after that war he never did advance on any nation.....did not pose any threat to anyones security....had no "weapons of mass destruction" except a will to stand tall and not giving in to American pressure...yes he was a dictator but why cannot there be a dictator..democracy is not the only way of governance...its the American way....which by no means should be made the only way if the country which claims to be the guardian of freedom believes in freedom of those who are not American Citizens as well....
