do you think sentence to death is the only judegement for the rapist

well my dear friends i think that the person who has so rudely and harshly behaved with some girks personal life has no right to be live this socitey becuase he can do that again to, so its better to hang him up and let the fear comes in mind of oter people to that not to dare to commit such misbehaves.
what do u think?

No definitely not.Taking somebodys life is not good.Actually it depends on the situation,Sometimes there is a confusion between a man and woman in which man thinks that she is willing but its not.

nope i totally disagree with this kinda penality for a rapist or any kind of criminal. it does not solve any problem because it does not give anything to the sufferer as a payback. there should be a sentence in which rapist is kept alive but in some miserable condiditons and forced to devote he all life to the victim.
