What colors should I use in my bedroom to help me relax and sleep?

i recently bought a new house and now im looking for acolor which is soothing to eyes and made me relax ,can u help????

try your favorite color. that helps i think cause if its your favorite means your eyes will no against it everytime your in your room. no matter if its black or any dark colors will do as long as its your favorite.
