If you aren't prepared, you won't know what to say or how long to talk, especially since the interview is just beginning. 1. Could you tell me a little about yourself? 2. Why did you leave your previous employer, or why are you leaving your present job? is their any more question you have faced generaly , plz tell me i am preparing for interview .

I am working at the same place from where I started my carrier, though I have gone through interviews, one before joining and 2 times for gettnig promotion/better position or you can say to get jump from normal promotion polity. I have tried to keep myself empty minded before going to interview. When interview starts, listen the first question carefully, reply it honestely, if not aware simple say "I do not know much" but if you are cool before interview, you will be able to give good answers. Reading and thinking this and that will lead to confusion in your mind and you will start giving wrong answer. So secret thing is to keep yourself free as much as possible. Don't talk to others. Wait for first question to be asked.

The toughest question I've ever had to answer during an interview was "tell me a joke". It's timing was so random that it took me off guard.
