I'm waiting to get a knee reconstruction at the end of January. I'm not nervous about the operation, however I am quite apprehensive about the rehabilitation. If spoken to the doctor at length about this and just got the normal reassurance that doctors are so great at giving! I was wondering if anyone has been through this procedure and what the rehabilitation process was like for them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
