ive been feeling ill for the past few months, and i have no idea why. ive been to the doctor and had a lot of tests done, but they just said that nothing was out of the ordinary and i was perfectly fine. ive been nauseous on and off for the past few months. it used to be every day, but its calmed down a bit to every few days now. ive been having stomach pains for a while also. it kinda feels like menstrual cramps at times, but i certainly have not had my period going on for weeks. aside from those, ive also had a lot of headaches and migraines and some dizziness on and off. what could it be? ive been depressed for about 9 months now, so could these physical symptoms be a result of my depression?

Is your period delayed? If you are depressed or stressed, it may delay your period and this will make you get the cramps and migraine. Try working out or do some activities that will require you to move around. It will make you relax, it'll take your mind off things that depress you and once you've relaxed, you may feel better.

I am not a doctor by no way shape or form but have they checked to see if you might have an ulcer? Ulcers can give you constant stomach pain and can also make you feel strange. Since you are depressed and ulcers can be caused by the body being stressed out,you may want to go talk to your doc about it possibly being an ulcer. Like I said I am not a doc so I don't know but I hope this helps out.
