how many hours do you sleep

its adviced to have some nice sleeping hours. how much do you sleep.

well i sleep about 5-6 hours but sometimes more.. i get trouble sleeping most of the time.. well lately ive found that drinking warm milk helps in getting to sleep...

I am sleeping 4 hrs a day.. yes . really. because i dont like to sleep much. its a totall wastage of important time.. Life is short and we have to do a lot. if you sleep more you will slip, they say. wishing you and your family a very happy christmas.. have a nice day, take care.

i sleep as often i can...it will give me energy for the next day..
