Will the Indian software industry sustain its current growth?

The Indian software industry is at its peak than ever before. Companies like Infosys, Wipro and TCS go mad in recruiting so many fresh talents. In recent earnings conference call, Mr. Nandan Nilekani Chief officer of Infosys have informed that his co is going to recruit 28500 new employees. My doubt is how long this IT companies will get business to pay them all? Will Indian software industry maintain its current growth rate? I feel that after some yrs may be 6 or 8 yrs down the line, this industry might loose its charm. Wht do u people think?
