Government Excluding Themselves

Do you think that it's fair that the government excludes itself from laws that are detrimental to private businesses. For example, you can't file bankruptcy on student loans. And, the government is still allowed to call you even if you are on the do not call list.

I didn't realize these things. That's pretty dirty of them, isn't it? But, then, that's a pretty good description of govenment on most days. I don't mean to sound like a cynic. I guess there is some advantage to being able to make the rules. But, it's just so typical that even these laws that are supposedly made to protect individuals will not protect them from Uncle Sam!
