Since the time of Jesus Christs crucifixion Judas has been made out to be the most hated man in all Christiandom because he betrayed Jesus and got the preperations for his crucifixion started but I ask you, Did he really BETRAY Jesus or was he CHOSEN? When we look at the Life of Jesus the Bible which is the Word of God so therefor, GOD tells us Jesus was sent to Suffer, Be Crucified and Rise again to save all of us sinners from permanent damnation. SO you see Jesus's life was already predestined. His life here on earth was already planned out by Our Father so in knowing this, is it possible that Judas did not betray Jesus rather he was just playing a predestined part in the life of Jesus? Is it possible that God Our Father actually CHOSE Judas to be the one to hand Jesus over to the Sanhedrin? Jesus was going to suffer and be crucified no matter who turned him over because that is the way it was supossed to be as told by the profits in the Old Testament. Jesus knew even from a small child this was his destiny so was it possible that the role Judas played in Jesus's life was also Judas's destiny? What do you think?

fascinating post...a bigger question would be: even though Judas was predestined (still in doubt) can he still be held accountable for his actions of betrayal?
